Sheetpan Ranch Potatoes Recipe
I love potatoes but I have been doing a low carb lifestyle off and on for about 15 years. I went off my "diet" last year and gained a ton of weight, so I am in the process now of losing it all and getting back down to my healthy weight.
I actually lost 10 lbs during the covid lockdown! I was exercising almost daily, and watching what I ate for the most part. Not being about to go out to bars for drinks or having dinners out really made a difference!
