Let's spoil our mothers this Mother's Day with an amazing Mothers Breakfast!
Start with a delicious Mothers day charcuterie board for mom to snack on while you prepare one of these breakfast recipes.
Mothers Day Charcuterie Board
A charcuterie board for Mother's day is the perfect way to celebrate mom this year! It's a great option for breakfast or brunch, offering a variety of delicious things she can snack on while you prepare her breakfast.
From fresh fruits and cheeses to jams, brie, honey and crackers, there are so many different items you can include in a mother's day charcuterie board. Charcuterie Boards can be as simple or elaborate as you like. You can even just serve a simple Mothers Day cheese board if you like.
I recommend that you serve your mom a mimosa made with light and refreshing Prosecco wine in a nice glass for an elegant touch!
Just make sure to tell her to save room for her breakfast once she is done snacking!
This charcuterie board idea was inspired by my Epic Spring Charcuterie Board on this site, and pairs well with this delicious Apple smoothie.

Instructions for how to make your Mothers Day Charcuterie Board
Begin by selecting a platter or board for your charcuterie. Select small ramekins for your mustard, jam and fig spread.
Beginning with the bowls, place them onto the platter. Continue working by adding the largest to smallest items and placing a few on the platter in a single layer.
Once all items are placed on the platter, add a second and third layer to fill the platter.
Don't forget to fill the small bowls with your spreads!
Hint: Serve your mother these delicious snacks immediately while she is still in bed so that she doesn't get up and start making breakfast!
