This is one of the easiest breakfast casseroles I've ever made. It's beautiful enough to show off at brunch and easy enough for those lazy mornings.
Ingredients
All the exact amounts are in the printable recipe card at the bottom of this post. First, here is a list of what you'll need from the store to make an apple breakfast bake with pecans.
- Apple pie filling
- Butter, melted
- Brown sugar
- Cinnamon
- Vanilla
- Refrigerated biscuits, quartered
- Chopped pecans

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 and grease a small baking pan. Spread apple pie filling into the bottom of the pan and sprinkle with half of the biscuits. Set aside.
Mix together butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and vanilla in a medium mixing bowl.
Pour the completed mixture on top of the biscuits in the baking dish. Add the remaining biscuits and sprinkle generously with pecans. Seriously, this is one of the best parts!
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until center is set. Let stand for 5 minutes and serve warm.
Serve this Apple Pecan Breakfast Bake with sausage links and scrambled eggs and a big glass of OJ...or mimosas if it is an adult's only breakfast! YUM!

This is maybe the most attractive breakfast bake I've ever seen. And, to state the obvious, it looks insanely delicious! Gotta try it!
