Frozen Fish Fillets in Air Fryer
Ingredients
- 8 oz tilapia fish fillets 2 4 oz each frozen fillets (keep frozen)
- olive oil
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- fresh lemons
- chopped fresh parsley optional for serving
Instructions
- Coat each side of the fillets with olive oil. Place into the air fryer basket.
- Mix together onion powder, salt, garlic powder, thyme and pepper and sprinkle on top of fillets, coating as evenly as possible.
- Set the air fryer to 390 degrees for 12 minutes.
- When cooking is complete, check for an internal temperature of 145 for the fillets before serving topped with chopped fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
