Frozen Fish Fillets in Air Fryer
Frozen fish fillets in air fryer are flaky, moist, and cooked perfectly! This easy Air Fryer Frozen Fish dinner is a family favorite!
Ingredients
- 2 4 oz frozen tilapia fish fillets each (keep frozen)
- olive oil
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- fresh lemons
- chopped fresh parsley optional for serving
Instructions

Coat each side of the fillets with olive oil. Place into the air fryer basket.

Mix together onion powder, salt, garlic powder, thyme and pepper and sprinkle on top of fillets, coating as evenly as possible.

Set the air fryer to 390 degrees for 12 minutes.

When cooking is complete, check for an internal temperature of 145 for the fillets before serving topped with chopped fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
