How to Make Air Fryer Roast Beef
Making this roast is even easier than shopping for the ingredients. It only takes a few minutes of prep, and then the air fryer does the rest.

How to Store Leftover Air Fryer Roast Beef
Refrigerator: Store in an air-tight container for up to 4 days.
Freezer: Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and store for up to 3 months in an air-tight, freezer-safe container.
Reheat: Place the roast, uncovered, on a wire rack on a rimmed baking sheet. Cook at 250 until the meat registers 120 degrees with a meat thermometer.

Air Fryer Roast Beef
- 2-½ to 3 lb top round beef roast
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon herbes de provence
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- Preheat air fryer for 5 minutes at 400 degrees.
- Using a pastry brush, spread oil on the entire roast. Place roast into the air fryer basket, fat side up. Sprinkle seasoning on top of roast.
- Heat for 5 minutes at 400 degrees in the air fryer. When cooking is complete, reduce temperature to 360 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
- Remove from air fryer and place onto a plate. Cover with foil and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Slice and serve.
