These delicious French fries are air fried until they're golden brown and crispy. Then, I load them up with delicious toppings to turn them into one of my favorite guilty snacks - Bacon Ranch Fries. Now, OF COURSE they are loaded up with tons of melty cheesy goodness too!

Ingredients you will need to make our Air Fryer Frozen French Fries
You'll only need a handful of ingredients to make this recipe. They're all simple and basic, and you can find them all at your local grocery store.

- Frozen crinkle cut fries
- Salt
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Bacon - cooked and chopped
- Ranch dressing
- Fresh chives - chopped

Instructions for how to make Air Fryer Frozen French Fries
Making these fries is as easy as it gets. It just takes a little air frying, then you add the toppings. That's it.
Preheat air fryer basket for 5 minutes at 380 degrees F. Place French friends into a single layer in the basket.
Set the air fryer to 380 degrees F for 25 minutes.
Halfway through cooking, open the air fryer and shake the basket, returning the fries to a single layer as best as you can.
Place the fries back into the air fryer to cook the remaining time.
When cooking is complete, remove the fries and place them onto parchment paper. Place the parchment paper and fries into the basket.
Top with cheese and bacon and return to the air fryer at 380 degrees F for 2 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Remove from the air fryer and place onto a plate. Top with ranch dressing and chopped chives.
Hint: Be sure to shake your fries halfway through cooking for even doneness.
Substitutions
- Fries - Use any cut of fries you like. You can also make this recipe with tater tots.
- Spicy - Add sliced jalapenos for a kick of heat.
- Ranch - Try guacamole in place of ranch dressing for this recipe.

These fries are topped with cheese and ranch dressing, so they're best when they're fresh. The good news is that you'll make them with frozen French fries so you can make exactly as much as you need.

BE SURE the basket you choose for your fries is oven-safe. You'll be putting it in your air fryer.
