How to Make Spaghetti Chicken Crockpot
Ingredients
- 1lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
- ½ cup diced onion
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon dry ranch dressing mix
- 6 cups chicken broth, divided
- 1 package, 16 oz, uncooked spaghetti noodles
- 1 brick, 8 oz, cream cheese, softened and cubed
- 2 cups shredded colby jack cheese
- shredded parmesan cheese and chopped fresh parsley, optional for serving

Directions for how to make
Add chicken breast, onion, garlic, ranch dressing and 4 cups chicken broth to a slow cooker. Cover and heat on high for 4 hours.
Remove chicken and carefully shred. Return to slow cooker.
Break noodles in half and add to the slow cooker with remaining 2 cups chicken broth, cream cheese and shredded colby jack cheese.
Mix well.
Cover and continue to cook for 45-50 minutes, stirring every 20 minutes until spaghetti is cooked to your liking.
Serve immediately topped with shredded cheese and chopped fresh parsley if using.
