Slow Cooker Swedish Meatball Stew Recipe
I absolutely love slow cookers and use mine for a TON of different recipes. I began using one back when I was married and working full time, as it was such a struggle to have a homemade meal on the table every day after working all day.
This Slow Cooker Swedish Meatball Stew was inspired by our Slow Cooker Barley Beef Soup Recipe that did so well with readers on Pinterest! It also pairs well with these delicious Cheesy Biscuits as a side dish!
They make like so much easier – so much so, that even though I’ve worked from home for 8 years, I STILL use my slow cooker almost once a week.
If you haven't upgraded your slow cooker to a Ninja Foodi yet, I STRONGLY encourage you to do so - especially while they are on sale on Amazon right now!
I use my Ninja Foodi for practically everything, so much so that when my electric range died on me in April (the day before my birthday, no less), I didn't even bother replacing it right away. The Ninja Foodi replaced my crock pot, instant pot AND air fryer...and it does SO MUCH MORE!!!
As I have mentioned in many of my slow cooker, pressure cooker and air fryer recipe posts, I absolutely LOVE my Ninja Foodi Pro! The Ninja FD401 Foodi 12-in-1 Deluxe XL 8 qt. Pressure Cooker & Air Fryer that Steams, Slow Cooks, Sears, Sautés, Dehydrates & More, with 5 qt. Crisper Basket, Deluxe Reversible Rack & Recipe Book can be found for under $180 on Amazon now! It has so many functions: programmable cooking functions to Pressure Cook, Air Fry/Air Crisp, Steam, Slow Cook, Yogurt, Sear/Sauté, Bake/Roast, Broil, Dehydrate, Sous Vide & Keep Warm.
I also highly recommend using Air Fryer Disposable Parchment Paper Cooking Paper for Air Fryers if you want to skip a messy clean up! Get it here on Amazon!
There are some recipes that are just so easy to make in the slow cooker, it would be a shame to waste time cooking them on the stove!
