My friend came up with this amazing Slow Cooker Swedish Meatball Stew Recipe and I have a feeling that it's going to get a lot of use this fall and winter season!

As you can probably tell from my previous recipe posts, but I love making dinner with my slow cooker!

Slow cooker recipes are just so dang easy, and over the years, I have come to rely upon a few tried and true slow cooker recipes.

I absolutely love slow cookers and use mine for a TON of different recipes. I began using one back when I was married and working full time, as it was such a struggle to have a homemade meal on the table every day after working all day.

They make like so much easier – so much so, that even though I’ve worked from home for 8 years, I STILL use my slow cooker almost once a week.

If you haven't upgraded your slow cooker to a Ninja Foodi yet, I STRONGLY encourage you to do so - especially while they are on sale on Amazon right now!

I use my Ninja Foodi for practically everything, so much so that when my electric range died on me in April (the day before my birthday, no less), I didn't even bother replacing it right away. The Ninja Foodi replaced my crock pot, instant pot AND air fryer...and it does SO MUCH MORE!!!

There are some recipes that are just so easy to make in the slow cooker, it would be a shame to waste time cooking them on the stove!

I have had a slow cooker for years, actually own 3 different sizes and I never use them! I definitely will be making this!
