We came up with this amazing Slow Cooker Swedish Meatball Stew Recipe and it is so rich and creamy and full of flavor - and simple to throw together!

As you can probably tell from my previous recipe posts, but I love making dinner with my slow cooker! Slow cooker recipes like this meatball stew are just so dang easy, and over the years, I have come to rely upon a few tried and true slow cooker recipes.

I absolutely love slow cookers and use mine for a TON of different recipes. I began using one back when I was married and working full time, as it was such a struggle to have a homemade meal on the table every day after working all day.

This Slow Cooker Swedish Meatball Stew was inspired by our Slow Cooker Barley Beef Soup Recipe that did so well with readers on Pinterest! It also pairs well with these delicious Cheesy Biscuits as a side dish!

They make like so much easier – so much so, that even though I’ve worked from home for 8 years, I STILL use my slow cooker almost once a week.

If you haven't upgraded your slow cooker to a Ninja Foodi yet, I STRONGLY encourage you to do so - especially while they are on sale on Amazon right now!

There are some recipes that are just so easy to make in the slow cooker, it would be a shame to waste time cooking them on the stove!
