- 15 oz pumpkin puree - a 15 oz can of pumpkin puree
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

Directions for how to make Pumpkin Spice Cookies Recipe
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper, or grease a baking sheet.
In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine your spice cake mix, the pumpkin puree, egg and pumpkin pie spice. Mix until combined well.
Using a two tablespoon portion scoop, scoop your Pumpkin Spice Cake Mix cookie dough onto your prepared baking sheet, making sure that you are keeping the cookies 2" apart.
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until set.
Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for 2 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack to finish cooling completely.
Sprinkle your Pumpkin Spice Cake Mix Cookies with a generous sprinkling of powdered sugar before serving.
