- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ⅛ teaspoon ground ginger
- ⅛ teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 cup ice
