Ingredients needed to make this No Bake Gingerbread Truffles Recipe
- 1-½ cup finely crushed gingerbread/ginger snap cookies, divided
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 4 ounces white baking chocolate

Directions for making this No Bake Gingerbread Truffles Recipe
Reserve 1 tablespoon of finely crushed cookie crumbs. Set aside.
Scoop into tablespoon size balls and refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until firm.
Melt white chocolate according to package directions.
Dip each truffle into chocolate and place onto a piece of wax paper. Sprinkle with reserved cookie crumbs.
Repeat until all truffles are coated in chocolate. Refrigerate for 15 minutes or until set up.
