How to Make This Cake Mix Christmas Sugar Cookies Recipe
Christmas Sugar Cookies Ingredients:
- 1 box of white cake mix, any brand.
- 2 large egg whites
- 1/3 cup of vegetable oil
- frosting
- Christmas colored sprinkles

Christmas Sugar Cookies Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Combine the cake mix, egg whites and oil, mixing well.
Roll the cookie dough into 2″ balls, placing about 2-3 inches apart on a cookie sheet.
Using the bottom of a glass, gently press the cookie dough balls down to about 1/4 in thickness.
Bake 8-10 minutes, being careful not to overbake. If you don’t have a kitchen timer, I highly recommend one!
Allow the cookies to cool on cooling racks, or simply set aside for about 10 mins. Once cooled, generously frost and sprinkle to your heart’s content!
