Can I use instant espresso coffee
Jenn says
Yes!

Since the recipe calls for sour cream,do these cookies need to stay refrigerated after baking?
Jenn says
They do not! They do need to be in an airtight container, and they’ll last longer if refrigerated. I typically keep my cookies like this in a cake stand on the counter.
