    I am so in love with this Gingerbread Cookie Smoothie Recipe! I love gingerbread in all forms, ranging from cookies to cake - so a smoothie is right up my alley! I know, you are probably thinking to yourself, "Why would anyone want a smoothie recipe during the winter?"

    Well...I mean, I do live in Miami...and I am sure that lots of folks live in warm weather climates and seeing temperatures in the 80s during the winter holidays. Let us find ways to bring the winter holiday season into our lives too! We can't all be fortunate enough to magically get swept away into the holiday spirit based on where we live.

    This No Bake Gingerbread Truffles Recipe is so good! I found the cookies at Walmart, it’s their Great Value brand, and they made this No Bake Gingerbread Truffles Recipe so freaking easy.

    You can probably use any brand of ginger snap cookies, experiment and be creative, as you never know what flavor profiles you can come up with!

    This Chocolate Gingerbread Brownies Recipe is based on the Baker’s One Bowl Brownie recipe with some gingerbread mix-ins. This is not overly powerful, so you could easily double the spices if you want it to really burst with ginger flavor!

    I absolutely love gingerbread, and I love brownies. And I love chocolate. This festive dessert does an amazing job of combining three amazing flavors into basically the best dessert ever!

    • 1 tablespoon molasses 
    • 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed 
    • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon 
    • ⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg 
    • ⅛ teaspoon ground ginger 
    • ⅛ teaspoon ground cloves 
    • 1 cup ice
