Most of you may know that heart disease is the leading cause of death, especially for women. After searching the internet, I discovered it is very common and more people are diagnosed every day. Our roasted green beans and tomatoes side dish is low carb!

Oh wait! Did I mention how this roasted green beans and tomatoes recipe is low calorie as well as low carb? It really does not matter what diet you are on, this dish is perfect for literally everyone! Also, you will be using the oil from the sun dried tomatoes instead of the typical oil you would use in most recipes.

I mean, how amazing is that? I love how the sun dried tomatoes are so sweet and bold in flavor. They really do add so much to this dish. I really love the way the sun dried tomatoes compliment the green beans, as they are usually prepared the same way and so boring.

This baked string beans dish TRANSFORMS the green beans! I have to admit that I am a renew fan! Since the green beans are frozen, you do not have to worry about them withering away in your fridge or going bad. Of course, you are welcome to use fresh green beans too!
