- Russet or White Potatoes, washed and dried
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- salt and pepper

- shredded cheese
- sour cream
- chopped bacon pieces
- sliced green onions

Crockpot Baked Potatoes Recipe Directions:
Pierce potatoes with a fork a few times.
Place oil into a small bag and place potato into oil. Ross and toss the bag to coat the potato.
Remove from bag and place onto a piece of foil. Season with salt and pepper. Wrap the foil and place into the slow cooker.
Repeat for the desired number of potatoes.
Set the slower cooker on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours. When potatoes are tender, carefully remove from slow cooker and unwrap from foil. Slice into the potato and open up the potato by pinching the ends together and pushing toward the center.
Serve these easy, delicious Crockpot Baked Potatoes with a heaping plate of the toppings of your choice!
