Go ahead and begin gathering these ingredients needed to make these no bake Baileys truffles
- Graham crackers
- Powdered sugar
- Light corn syrup
- Bailey's Irish cream liqueur
- Chocolate almond bark - you can find different ones on Amazon as well as the baking aisles in your grocery store or craft stores like Michaels and JoAnn Fabrics
- St. Patrick's Day sprinkles

Directions for making this Irish Cream Truffles Recipe for St Patrick's Day:
Add graham crackers to a food processor and process about 10 seconds until you have crumbs.
Measure 3 cups of graham crackers and pour into a mixing bowl.
Add powdered sugar and mix well. Stir in corn syrup and liqueur. Mix well.
Mixture will be stiff and a little sticky.
Use a tablespoon scoop to scoop into balls and place onto a baking sheet or cutting board lined with wax paper.
Shape into 30 balls. Refrigerate these small pieces in the fridge for about 1 hour. They need to be firm before you begin dipping them in the melted chocolate, or they will crumble during that step.
Melt chocolate according to package directions and dip balls in melted chocolate.
Let set on wax paper and sprinkle with sprinkles.
Let stand to harden.
Serve immediately or store covered and refrigerated until ready to serve.

- 1 cup powdered sugar
- ⅓ cup light corn syrup
- ⅓ cup Irish cream liqueur
- 12 ounces chocolate almond bark
- St. Patrick's Day sprinkles
