    • Olive oil
    • Onion powder
    • Garlic powder
    • Salt
    • Dried thyme
    • Ground black pepper
    • Fresh lemons

    Ingredients
      

    • 8 oz tilapia fish fillets 2 4 oz each frozen fillets (keep frozen)
    • olive oil
    • ½ teaspoon onion powder
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
    • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
    • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
    • fresh lemons
    • chopped fresh parsley optional for serving

    Instructions
     

    • Coat each side of the fillets with olive oil. Place into the air fryer basket.
    • Mix together onion powder, salt, garlic powder, thyme and pepper and sprinkle on top of fillets, coating as evenly as possible.
    • Set the air fryer to 390 degrees for 12 minutes.
    • When cooking is complete, check for an internal temperature of 145 for the fillets before serving topped with chopped fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
