How to make an Espresso Martini with Baileys

If you are using instant coffee instead of freshly brewed espresso or cold brew coffee, begin by dissolving your instant coffee into 1 tablespoon of water. Then add a small amount of corn syrup to the rim of the martini glass and dip the rim into sprinkles that you have placed on a plate. Repeat this step until you have four, 4 ounce martini glasses rimmed with the sprinkles.

Next, you are going to bring out your blender and add the ice cream, the Irish Cream, the vodka, the half and half, the sweetened condensed milk and the dissolved coffee all together inside the blender. Blend all of these ingredients until you have a nice, smooth consistency.

Once it is completely blended, pour the mixture into prepared glasses and top with each glass with a dollop of whipped cream and a little bit of additional sprinkles.
