Guys, this Strawberry Blueberry Tart Recipe is really good and quite honestly, it really looks harder than it is! This is a no-bake recipe, which I know we all love and cherish on those long, lazy days when summer is ending but we’re stuck in the back to school madness – and like any tart, it’s so great to take to any event!

Strawberry Blueberry Tart Recipe

I did everything in my food processor, but I’ve provided some alternate options if you don’t have a food processor.

Ingredients:

20 Golden Oreos or vanilla sandwich cookies

4 tablespoons butter, melted

4 ounces cream cheese, softened and cubed

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

fresh blueberries

fresh strawberries, sliced

Directions:

Place cookies into a food processor and process until they are fine crumbs. Add melted butter and process for 20 seconds until mixed evenly. Pour into a round tart plan and press firmly with the back of a spoon. Refrigerate.

(Alternately you can crush your cookies in a plastic bag and with a rolling pin)

Rinse out the food processor and dry. Add cream cheese, powdered sugar and heavy whipping cream. Process for about 30 seconds until a smooth frosting-like consistency.

(Alternately you can mix all three of these items in a mixing bowl and with a hand mixer)

Remove tart crust from the refrigerator and spread filing onto the crust. Return to the refrigerator for 15 minutes to firm up.

Top with strawberries and blueberries before serving.
