Place cookies into a food processor and process until they are fine crumbs. Add melted butter and process for 20 seconds until mixed evenly. Pour into a round tart plan and press firmly with the back of a spoon. Refrigerate.
(Alternately you can crush your cookies in a plastic bag and with a rolling pin)
Rinse out the food processor and dry. Add cream cheese, powdered sugar and heavy whipping cream. Process for about 30 seconds until a smooth frosting-like consistency.
(Alternately you can mix all three of these items in a mixing bowl and with a hand mixer)
Remove tart crust from the refrigerator and spread filing onto the crust. Return to the refrigerator for 15 minutes to firm up.
Top with strawberries and blueberries before serving.
