There is just something about pasta that is so filling, so inviting - it's the ultimate comfort food! Pasta dishes are some of the easiest and quickest to prepare as well, and used to be a weekly staple in our home!
Why you will love our Sausage Tortellini Skillet Recipe
Tortellini are such a fun little pasta to cook with! Like this Tortellini and Sausage soup recipe, they are so delicious and filling! Of course, tortellini doesn't actually need a full blown recipe, as they are fine on their own with a little olive oil and a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese.
But they are so versatile and can be used in so many different dishes - like this yummy Sausage Tortellini Skillet Recipe!
Notes: Please note that you do have to cook the pasta before making this skillet dish. For the best result, use a combination of red, yellow and orange bell peppers.
