Two of my favorite baked goods are brownies and cookies - like in this Brookies Cookies Recipe! These Brookies Cookies are a combination of brownies and chocolate chip cookies, making them the best dessert ever!

You are going to love our Brookies Cookies Recipe

I am sure that aside from the errant cupcake lover, most of you will agree. BROWNIES ARE DELICIOUS. And cookies?! What? Of course we all love them. Well, have you ever combined the two into a BROOKIE?

It will change your life. I am so excited to tell you How to Make Brookies Cookies Recipe too! Don't they just look AMAZING?! This recipe really is the best of both worlds!

While some folks may turn their nose up at using a box mix for making brownies or cookies, I have zero problems with anything that makes my life easier. Also, using a box mix in baking is also a much more affordable option for someone who doesn't do a lot of baking.

    • 1 C. packed light brown sugar

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Combine the chocolate chip cookie ingredients, mixing well.

To make the Brookies - for a 1" ball out of the each dough: Chocolate Chip AND brownie.

Now, smoosh together and gently roll into into a ball and place 2-3" a part on your baking sheets (see photo).
