    What Are Pinwheels

There are two popular types of pinwheel recipes. Some are made with soft flour tortillas. Others are made with crescent roll dough. All types of pinwheels are filled with a savory filling, rolled up, and sliced so that they look like pinwheels. These hot ham and cheese pinwheels are made with crescent roll dough, for an easy lunch kids love.
