Oh, summertime...it's SO HOT RIGHT NOW in Miami. As much as I love the warmth and humidity, I'm getting a little tired of walking around wiping the sweat from my brow. I went down to Key West last weekend with a friend and I was a sweaty mess the entire time...it was rather embarrassing. The only thing that is standing between me and heat exhaustion right now is keeping cool with lots of refreshing drinks and icy treats! I love the zing of the lime juice in this Summertime Watermelon Lime Popsicles Recipe.

Summertime Watermelon Lime Popsicles Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 cups seedless watermelon cubed
- 2 limes
Instructions
-
Using a blender, add watermelon and the juice from two limes.
-
Blend until smooth and pour into popsicle molds.
-
Add a stick and freeze 4-6 hours or overnight.
This Watermelon Lime Popsicles Recipe is really light and refreshing, and as you notice, it's only two ingredients: lime and watermelon. That means that hello!!! There aren't any added sugars, which is fantastic news for your waistline!
And I don't like popsicles but this recipe is so tasty, it's like I'm just eating frozen fruit!
I didn't even layer them, what you see in the photos is just how the mix separated, and there's a decent amount of lime on the lighter end since the watermelon flesh is at the dark end.
