This Chicken Alfredo Roll Ups Recipe is really good and pretty easy to make. Your family is going to absolutely love it!
This recipe is very similar to a lasagna, just with a little chicken alfredo twist!
Why we love this Chicken Alfredo Roll Ups Recipe
Because you are rolling up each of the lasagna noodles with the chicken alfredo mixture inside, they cook that way and they are much easier to serve.
As an added bonus, they come out in individual servings, so you don't have to worry about sizing up portions or the servings falling apart when you are serving them, like you do with lasagna and some other pasta and casserole dishes.
This Super Easy Chicken Dinner Recipe is perfect for those busy evenings when you want a nice meal but don't have a lot of time to spend in the kitchen! You can even make our chicken alfredo with rotisserie chicken, or chicken alfredo with breaded chicken, it is a very forgiving easy casserole dinner recipe!
Baker's Notes about our Chicken Alfredo Lasagna
Cook at least 2 extra noodles in case one rips or in this case, one was stuck to the side of the pan and unusable!
Also, cooking with al dente is desirable because you'll be baking the dish after assembling your noodles.

Delicious! Two thumbs up on this recipe! The only thing I changed is that I added about one cup of chopped fresh spinach to the mixture! My family loved it and even said it was better than my Chicken Lasagna recipe, which has been a family favorite for years! Easy and yummy! Thank you!!

2 cups shredded chicken, cooked cut into cubes....??
Jenn says
Yes, we want them cut into small cube-like pieces so that they are easier to spread out and bite into once the dish is cooked.

I didn't make it yet, but I will. I can tell it will be a big hit especially for my husband who is not a fan of tomato-based sauces. My son and I will love it because it is a new chicken recipe. Thank you!
