This recipe is very similar to a lasagna, just with a little chicken alfredo twist!

Also, because you are rolling up each of the lasagna noodles with the chicken alfredo mixture inside, they cook that way and they are much easier to serve.

As an added bonus, they come out in individual servings, so you don't have to worry about sizing up portions or the servings falling apart when you are serving them, like you do with lasagna and some other pasta and casserole dishes.

This Super Easy Chicken Dinner Recipe is perfect for those busy evenings when you want a nice meal but don't have a lot of time to spend in the kitchen!

Baker's Note: Cook at least 2 extra noodles in case one rips or in this case, one was stuck to the side of the pan and unusable! Also, cooking with al dente is desirable because you'll be baking the dish after assembling your noodles.

Can I Freeze This Chicken Alfredo Roll Ups Recipe?

While you can definitely freeze this Chicken Pasta Dinner Recipe, just be aware that you should completely defrost it before reheating. If you reheat it in the microwave, the final product will come out a bit drier.

If you are preparing this in advance and then cooking, allow it to defrost completely before baking at 350 for 30 minutes.

Delicious! Two thumbs up on this recipe! The only thing I changed is that I added about one cup of chopped fresh spinach to the mixture! My family loved it and even said it was better than my Chicken Lasagna recipe, which has been a family favorite for years! Easy and yummy! Thank you!!
