Spaghetti Chicken Crockpot
Spaghetti Chicken Crockpot is the best one pot meal for family dinners! We love that we can make our One Pot Chicken Dinner for potlucks too!

- 1 lb chicken breast boneless, skinless
- ½ cup onion diced
- 1 tablespoon garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon dry ranch dressing mix
- 6 cups chicken broth divided
- 16 oz spaghetti 16 oz package, uncooked spaghetti noodles
- 8 oz cream cheese 8 oz brick, softened and cubed
- 2 cups colby jack cheese shredded
- ½ cup parmesan cheese optional for serving
- fresh parsley
Add chicken breast, onion, garlic, ranch dressing and 4 cups chicken broth to a slow cooker. Cover and heat on high for 4 hours.
Remove chicken and carefully shred. Return to slow cooker.
Break noodles in half and add to the slow cooker with remaining 2 cups chicken broth, cream cheese and shredded colby jack cheese. Mix well.
Cover and continue to cook for 45-50 minutes, stirring every 20 minutes until spaghetti is cooked to your liking.
Serve immediately topped with shredded cheese and chopped fresh parsley if using.
