We especially love this easy pasta recipe for when you are working a long day and want a comforting and satisfying dinner when you get home!

    How to Make Spaghetti Chicken Crockpot

    Ingredients

    • 1lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
    • ½ cup diced onion
    • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
    • 1 tablespoon dry ranch dressing mix
    • 6 cups chicken broth, divided
    • 1 package, 16 oz, uncooked spaghetti noodles
    • 1 brick, 8 oz, cream cheese, softened and cubed
    • 2 cups shredded colby jack cheese
    • shredded parmesan cheese and chopped fresh parsley, optional for serving

    Directions for how to make

    Add chicken breast, onion, garlic, ranch dressing and 4 cups chicken broth to a slow cooker. Cover and heat on high for 4 hours. 

    Remove chicken and carefully shred. Return to slow cooker. 

    Break noodles in half and add to the slow cooker with remaining 2 cups chicken broth, cream cheese and shredded colby jack cheese.

    Mix well.

    Cover and continue to cook for 45-50 minutes, stirring every 20 minutes until spaghetti is cooked to your liking. 

    Serve immediately topped with shredded cheese and chopped fresh parsley if using.

    Ingredients
