Homemade 3 Ingredient Nutella Cookies Recipe
This Nutella Cookies Recipe is so easy to make. I mean, hello! IT ONLY HAS THREE INGREDIENTS. One of which is...you guessed it, NUTELLA!
Back when Angeline was younger, she was a huge Nutella fan and we used to add it to toast, pancakes, waffles, smoothies etc - but I don't think I ever thought to try to bake anything with Nutella. What a waste of Nutella for all of those years!
You may be wondering, are there any health benefits to eating Nutella?
Although Nutella contains a small amount of calcium and iron, it's not very nutritious and high in sugar, calories and fat. Nutella contains sugar, palm oil, hazelnuts, cocoa, milk powder, lecithin and synthetic vanillin.

Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour

Homemade 3 Ingredient Nutella Cookies Recipe Directions:
As with all recipes, you are going to begin by preheating your oven to 350 F. Then line two cookie sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats and set them aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, Nutella and egg.
Portion the dough into 2 Tablespoon sized balls.
If the dough crumbles and doesn't roll into a ball easily, knead some cooking oil into the dough.
Flatten the cookie balls with the bottom of a glass.
If you want to shape the cookies, do it now and remove excess dough.
Place the flattened cookies onto the prepared cookie sheets.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, until set.
