No Bake Cookie Dough Bites Recipe
I just can't say enough about this easy no bake recipe! Where do I begin? I guess I will start with the fact that it is a NO BAKE Cookies recipe!
That's right, no need for an oven for this tasty Cookie Dough Bites Recipe.
Another great thing about this recipe is that it is perfect for any occasion!
Which colors should your No Bake Cookie Dough Bites Recipe be?
If you are having an Easter gathering, you can use pastel colored dyes like the pastel green I used here. Baby shower? You can use pink or blue or if someone is having twins, pink AND Blue.
Valentines day? Red and or pink...the list is literally endless. Another super cool benefit of this recipe is that you can add any sprinkles to it, customizing these delicious bites to any theme or occasion.
They are so fun as they are bite-sized and colorful, they really seem to draw the attention in any room.
No Bake Cookie Dough Bites
I think the best thing of all is the fact that you can still eat cookie dough without having to worry about getting sick!
As flour can contain bacteria, make sure that you heat treat your flour before using it in this recipe. Pour the flour in a large, microwave safe bowl. Heat it in 30-second intervals until the temperature of the flour reaches 160 F / 71 C.
This isn't the premade raw cookie dough we have all been warned about, it's a fresh mix of heavy cream, brown sugar, vanilla, butter, condensed milk and more.
It also tastes a heck of a lot better than the store bought cookie dough! After preparing this recipe all you have to do is chill it in the refrigerator for an hour, so you can go about getting things accomplished in the meantime.
I only spent about $15 making these delectable little cookie dough bites and didn't even have to "cook" them! I actually decided to make these for my nephews birthday party.
