No Bake Christmas Bear Cookies Recipe Directions:
Place all of your Oreos onto a flat surface and set this aside.
Cut 12 candy melts in half with a sharp knife to make the ears.
Place a handful of candy melts into a resealable sandwich bag, but do not seal it closed. Microwave the bag for 30 seconds on 50% power. Knead the bag, breaking up the soft candy melts a bit, and then flip the bag over and return it to the microwave for an additional 30 seconds at 50% power.
Knead it well once you remove it and make sure that it is nice and soft and squishy. If necessary, return it to the microwave for an additional 10 seconds at 50% power until smooth and melted.
Just make sure not to overcook the candy melts, as they do burn and then you can't use them! They get hard and crunchy. Seal the bag and snip the tip.
Pipe the melted chocolate onto the top of the cookie and affix the half candy melts to make an ear. If desired, wipe away any excess melted chocolate from the ear. Repeat, adding the other ear until all ears are attached.
Add melted chocolate to the back of a candy wafer and affix on top of the Oreo, near the bottom to create the face.
Use a dark brown mini M&M to affix the nose onto the wafer with melted chocolate.
Attach two eyes with melted white chocolate. Let set to harden.
Repeat until you have all polar bears made.
This Easy to Make Polar Bear Cookies for Christmas makes 12 cookies.
