  • 2 Over Ripe Bananas

Directions for making this Healthy Breakfast Cookie Recipe

Preheat oven to 350 and spray a Cookie Sheet with non-cook spray, or line with parchment paper. 

Add both of your ingredients to a medium sized bowl.

Mash and Mix them together until they are well blended.

Feel free to toss in nuts, chocolate chips, cinnamon – anything that you personally enjoy! Think of it like how you like your breakfast oatmeal or oatmeal cookies!


 

 

Place 1 inch spoons of mixture on to prepared pan, and slightly press down on each Cookie.

  • 1 Cup Quick Oats

Instructions
