    This Strawberry Vanilla Cake is so easy to make, but it looks so fancy! You're going to love this crumbly, just-sweet-enough cake slices that are stuffed full of strawberries and whipped cream!

    Who here loves dessert? I'm going to assume that everyone has raised their hand. Hopefully, you weren't at Starbucks. You'd look weird with your hand in the air.

    If you have a sweet tooth, get ready to make it happy with this recipe. It's full of strawberries, whipped cream, and of course, a tender, crumbly vanilla cake. It's easy enough for a family dessert but fancy enough for any occasion.

    This Strawberry Vanilla Cake recipe only uses a few basic ingredients. You might even have them in your kitchen right now. Anything you don't have is just a quick jaunt to the store away.

    • Sugar
    • All Purpose Flour
    • Baking Powder
    • Butter
    • Egg
    • Milk
    • Strawberries
    • Whipped Topping

    How to Make Strawberry Vanilla Cake

    Making this dessert is just as simple and straightforward as the ingredient list. You won't be slaving away in the kitchen for this one. In fact, it only takes a few minutes!

    1: Combine the dry ingredients and cut teh butter into it until crumbly.

    Strawberry Vanilla Cake

    Elevate your dessert game with this irresistible Strawberry Vanilla Cake! This easy homemade dessert is sure to impress!

    Ingredients

    • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
    • 2 ¼ cups All Purpose Flour
    • 4 teaspoons Baking Powder
    • ⅓ cup Butter
    • 1 Egg
    • ⅔ cup Milk
    • Strawberries
    • Whipped Topping

    Instructions

    1. In a large bowl, blend together the sugar, flour, and baking powder. Cut the butter into small pieces and use a fork to crumble it into the dough.
    2. Add in the egg and milk and mix until just combined. You may need to mix with your hands.
    3. Place the dough into a greased 8x8 cake dish in the oven at 425 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Let it cool slightly before cutting and serving.
    4. Cut into 8 pie shaped pieces. Each piece can be cut in half and then covered with strawberries and whipped topping.
