    Rainbow Cupcakes

While driving to dinner the other night, my friend Bri and I saw a double rainbow ahead of us. It was so exciting! I can't even remember the last time I saw a COMPLETE rainbow, let alone a double rainbow at the exact same time!

It was pretty crazy, and we took it to mean that good luck was definitely coming our way. Of course, after seeing that double rainbow, I wanted to share this adorable little Rainbow Cupcakes Recipe with you guys!

You can make this Rainbow Cupcakes Recipe with or without the Wilton decorating kit, it's really versatile and fun to make! If you aren't using the kit, just buy candy stripes and mini marshmallows!
