    Pumpkin is not only delicious, but it is a super nutrient-rich food and is so versatile in baking and cooking that you can use it in a ton of every day recipes. Pumpkin is highly rich in Vitamin C, contain antioxidants, such as alpha-carotene, beta-carotene, which our body converts into Vitamin A, and beta-cryptoxanthin.

    Pumpkin is also a good source of vitamin E, iron and folate, which have been shown to aid the immune system as well!

    Pumpkin is full of all kinds of nutrients and it is also a great substitute for eggs in baking!

    • 1 can, 7.5oz refrigerated biscuits, 10 count tube
    • ⅓ cup white sugar
    • 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
    • Vegetable Oil

    Cut the center out of each biscuit with a round cutter or a kitchen gadget such as an apple corer. A bottle cap also works well.

    Heat about 2" of hot oil over a stove and working in batches, add a few donuts at a time, frying until golden brown and flipping over and frying the other side.
