Peanut Butter Chocolate Truffles Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 box white cake mix 15 oz
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ½ cup smooth peanut butter
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- 1 chocolate sprinkles
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, add cake mix, melted butter and peanut butter. Stir until combined - the dough will be a little stiff and sticky.
Roll dough into 1" balls with the palms of your hand, then place on a cookie sheet. Flatten dough into a small pancake and add 3-5 chocolate chips. Fold up the sides of your pancake shaped dough and continue to roll into a ball.
Please not that the sides do not have to cover the chocolate chips when you fold them up. The will close together as you roll them back into a ball.
Immediately sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles. Place into the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
