No Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Truffles

No Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients

  • 15 oz white cake mix
  • ½ cup butter melted
  • ½ cup smooth peanut butter
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • chocolate jimmies/sprinkles

Instructions

  • Microwave the cake mix for 30 seconds before starting to kill any bacteria. In a mixing bowl, add cake mix, melted butter and peanut butter. Stir until combined. Dough will be a little stiff and sticky.
  • Roll dough into 1" balls with the palms of your hand.
  • Flatten dough into a small pancake and add 3-5 chocolate chips. Fold up the sides of your pancake shaped dough and continue to roll into a ball. The sides do not have to cover the chocolate chips when you fold them up. They will close together when you roll them.
  • Immediately sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles.
  • Place truffles in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Make 24-30 truffles.
