How to Make Italian Style Pork Chops
Ingredients:
- 4 pork chops, 1" thick
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 small zucchini, thinly sliced
- ½ cup chopped red pepper
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 cups pasta sauce
- salt and pepper
- cooked white rice

Directions:
Add oil and pork chops to a skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Heat on medium high heat and brown each side of the pork chops. When brown, remove from pan and set aside.
Add onion, zucchini, red pepper and garlic to a skillet. Heat on medium heat for 5 minutes.
Return pork to pan. Add pasta sauce and heat on low for 15 minutes or until pork is cooked through.
Serve these Italian Style Pork Chops over a bed of white rice.
