This Junior Mints Valentine Shortbread Cookies Recipe is just perfect with coffee and that ooey-gooey junior mint center filling...what a winning combination!! The Junior Mints are heart shaped, Valentine edition - you should pick some up anyway, they're so fun and festive for the upcoming holiday! I plan to grab a box for my mom, she loves Junior Mints.

Now that the winter holidays are over, it’s time to get ready for Valentine’s Day! Now, I don’t really celebrate Valentine’s Day in the traditional romantic sense anymore, as I am single and not currently dating. But…back when I was a kid, my family always made a big deal of Valentine’s Day and my parents always took us kids out for dinner.

Valentine’s Day can be super fun for families to celebrate in a non-romantic way, and I promise, you’ll make memories that will last your children a lifetime!

Baking up sweet treats like this Valentine's Day Shortbread Cookies Recipe is just perfect for celebrating together...and enjoying a bit of sweetness at the same time!
