How to make this No Bake Halloween Eyeball Cookies
Ingredients needed for making this Eyeball Cookies Halloween No Bake Cookies
- Vanilla Wafer Cookies
- 12 oz white almond bark
- orange, vibrant green and turquoise candy melts
- chocolate chips
- red gel food coloring
Directions form making this Eyeball Cookies Halloween No Bake Cookies
Line a baking sheet or cutting board with wax paper and set aside.
Add half of the almond bark to a microwave safe bowl and melt according to package directions.
Dip the cookies into the almond bark.
Start top side down, and flip them over with a fork.
Lift them out of the bowl and gently tap or scrape the bottom on the side of the bowl. Set onto the prepared wax paper.
Working in batches, repeat until all chocolate is melted and cookies are covered. Set aside to harden. Once the almond is hardened, divide the cookies in thirds.
Add a small handful of colored candy melts to a sealable sandwich bag but do not seal. Place in the microwave and microwave for 30 seconds at 50% power, three times, kneading after each time in the microwave.
Seal the bag and snip the tip. Pipe a round dollop of color onto one third of the covered cookies and gently place a chocolate chip in the center.
Repeat with remaining two colors. Let set to harden.
Using a toothpick, dip into the color gel and squiggle onto the white of the cookie. Repeat until all cookies are covered.

- Marshmallow fudge cookies
- Candy eyes
- Small red candy coated chocolate
- Round chocolate coated cookies such as grasshopper cookies
- 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons orange candy melts

Use a knife to cut round chocolate cookies in half and into triangles for ears. Set aside.
Use a small, sharp knife - like a paring knife - to cut 2 chunks out of the top of the marshmallow fudge cookie for the cat ears.

Add your mini chocolate chips to a resealable sandwich bag, but do not seal it. Microwave the mini chocolate chips for 60 seconds at 50% power and knead the chocolate until it is smooth.

Add your Wilton orange candy melts to a resealable sandwich bag, but again, do not seal the bag.
