Directions for making this Googly Eyed Halloween Fudge Recipe
Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper. Set aside
In a small saucepan over medium low heat, heat chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk stirring constantly until completely melted.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Pour into prepared pan and smooth. Set aside.
In four small bowls, add the candy melts. Microwave for 30 seconds and check. Microwave for an additional 30 seconds and stir each bowl until completely melted.
Drop each color onto the fudge using a spoon. Swirl the colors together with a knife.
Add candy eyes. Set aside to set up, about 30-60 minutes.
To cut fudge, you'll need to score the candy melts on the top. Remove fudge from pan and peel away the parchment paper. If the fudge is sticking to the paper, toss it into the fridge for 5-10 minutes.
Score the top of the candy melts with a sharp knife and cut small pieces one at a time. This can be time consuming, but in the end it will be worth it.
You may also need to wipe off your knife after every cut if it becomes covered in fudge.
This Googly Eyed Halloween Fudge Recipe makes 36-48 pieces of fudge!
