You know how there’s that ONE THING that is served at every single party you ever go to? Whether it’s a friend’s birthday party, a Christmas Party, a New Year’s Eve Party, a Bridal Shower….yep, the CHEESE BALL. So much cheesiness. So much goodness. But how the hell do they make it?! Well, ponder this no more, because we have a Classic Cheese Ball Appetizer Recipe for you today! I know, I know. It looks delicious. My friend Kari made it for me! Thanks, Kari!!
Classic Cheese Ball Appetizer Recipe

I kind of want to eat it right off the computer screen, don’t you? This Classic Cheese Ball Appetizer Recipe is just perfect for any party, especially all of those holiday parties coming up!!

Classic Cheese Ball Appetizer Recipe

Classic Cheese Ball Appetizer Recipe

Ingredients: 

  • 1 package 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated or shredded
  • 1 tbs Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • pinch of pepper
  • 1 cup chopped pecans (you can also use walnuts or pistachios)
  • Crackers for serving

Directions:

Add cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mustard, Worchestershire sauce and pepper to a mixing blow and use a beater to mix thoroughly.

Shape into a ball and wrap with plastic wrap.

Refrigerate until ready to serve, and coat with pecans immediately before serving.
