- 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese grated
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- pinch of pepper
- 1 cup chopped pecans or use walnuts or pistachios
- Crackers for serving

Directions needed to make this Best Cheese Ball Recipe:
Add cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and pepper to a mixing blow and use a beater to mix thoroughly.
Shape into a ball and wrap with plastic wrap.

Can you make a week in advance and freeze?

I wouldn't recommend freezing cheese like that, while I have never tried to freeze this particular recipe, I haven't had success with cream based stuff in the past!
