Chocolate Raspberry M&M Cookies
Ingredients that you will need to make our Chocolate Raspberry M&M Cookies
- 1 C. butter softened to room temperature
- 2 eggs
- 1 ½ C. sugar
- 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- ⅔ C. cocoa powder
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 C. all purpose flour
- 1 package of Dark Chocolate Raspberry M&M's – these are smaller packages located in the candy aisle usually the top shelf.
Please note that if you can't find this type of M&Ms candies, you can use regular Dark Chocolate M&Ms and ¼ teaspoon of raspberry flavoring.

Instructions for how to make our Chocolate Raspberry M&M Cookies
Preheat the oven to *350 degrees and line your baking sheets with parchment paper or foil (easy clean up, trust me).
Combine the softened butter, eggs, vanilla, cocoa powder and sugar, mixing well.
Slowly fold in the dry ingredients – the flour, baking soda and salt.
Add in the Raspberry M&M's, reserving a few for the tops of the cookies.
Drop by rounded tablespoon onto the baking sheets about 2-3” a part. Add a few Raspberry M&M's on top of the cookies if desired.
Bake 8-10 minutes. Do not over bake.
