Directions for how to make our Berry Granola Cups Recipe
In a medium bowl, mash up that banana nice and good!
Then you are going to add in the rolled oats, and the raw honey to the mashed banana and mix it all up until they are well combined.
Now we are going to add the mixture to a muffin pan and divide it evenly between 6 of the muffin cups. Make sure that you push the mixture down into to the edges and bottom, so that you are creating a cup. If you want to use a muffin or cupcake liner, that is okay - but it isn't necessary.
Then freeze the entire muffin tray filled with your raw granola for about 30 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and bake the granola cups for 30 minutes. Then remove from the oven and let them cool off for at least 10 minutes.
Make sure that the granola cups are completely cooled down before adding your yogurt, or it will literally just MELT...and ruin the entire thing.
Trust me, I am speaking from experience. Talk about a waste!
Add the yogurt and your delicious little berries to each berry granola cup and serve them immediately.
