Hot Cocoa Cake Cookies Recipe
I love the merriment it all brings - gathering together with friends, letting neighbors know how much you appreciate them and leaving small tokens of gratitude for everyone from the mailman to teachers.
Whipping up fresh baked goods during the holidays is one of my favorite ways to let people know that I'm thinking of them, but there are so many recipes out there to choose between.
From snickerdoodles and sugar cookies to macadamias and ginger breads, finding the right recipe can be tough! However this year, I wanted to try a fun spin on another classic holiday treat - hot cocoa.

How to make this Hot Cocoa Cookies Recipe
After a quick trip to Publix for staples like eggs, Crisco® Pure Vegtable Oil and vanilla, we were ready to get our bake on.
These cookies are so easy to prepare, but they do need to be watched. I recommend setting a timer for the first 9 minutes, pulling the cookies and cooking an additional minute at a time for the remaining 2-3 minutes.
I prefer these guys washed down with a cup of cocoa but milk is just as good too. Place these cookies in a dessert bag and pair them with your Snowman Soup in a Jar for a super cute holiday gift.
