This Slow Cooker Creamy Chicken and Noodles Recipe is absolutely perfect for the chilly fall weather, and even more perfect as the rest of the country dips into real winter weather.

How to Make this Slow Cooker Creamy Chicken and Noodles Recipe

Ingredients needed to make this Slow Cooker Creamy Chicken and Noodles Recipe

1 cup carrots, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
½ cup chopped onion
1 bay leaf
2 lbs chicken breast
2 cans, 10.75 oz each, condensed cream of chicken soup
½ cup water
1 teaspoon thyme
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
8 ounces wide noodles, cooked
1 cup frozen peas

Directions for making this Slow Cooker Creamy Chicken and Noodles Recipe

Add carrots, celery, and onion to a slow cooker and mix well.

Add bay leaf and chicken on top of vegetables.

In a separate and small bowl, combine soup, water, thyme, salt and pepper and mix well.

Spoon over chicken and cover.

Heat on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours. When cooking cycle is complete, shred chicken with two forks. Stir peas and noodles into mixture and serve.
