This Slow Cooker Balsamic Roast Beef Dinner Recipe was just so good. It has a sweet flavor due to the brown sugar, but it's not overly sweet - it's just right.

It is easy to make, too, so you can make the most of your time with your family, or just your busy schedule, and forget about those long, elaborate, time-consuming dinners!

I absolutely love slow cooker recipes because they free up so much of my time.

This is perfect for those days when I am having friends or a date over for dinner and don’t feel like spending a ton of time preparing for a meal.

Put the cover on your slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours. I would check it after 6 hours to see how it is doing, but it will likely take all 8 hours to become completely tender.
