Simple Bell Pepper Bruschetta Recipe
Ingredients needed to make this Bell Pepper Bruschetta
- 1 red bell pepper, small dice
- 1 green bell pepper, small dice
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- ¼ red onion, small dice
- 3 basil leaves, finely chopped (plus more for garnish)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper as desired

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and toss to combine.
Let the ingredients sit together for a minimum of one hour, stir, then serve. Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired.
