Ingredients

  • 1 red bell pepper small dice
  • 1 green bell pepper small dice
  • 1 clove garlic finely chopped
  • ¼ red onion small dice
  • 3 basil leaves finely chopped (plus more for garnish)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper as desired

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and toss to combine.
  • Let the ingredients sit together for a minimum of one hour, stir, then serve. Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired.
